How to Deal with Difficult People

Dealing with difficult people is an art form.  You have the Perfectionist, the Pushy One, the Know-it-All and the Whiner, learn how to deal with them all.  Do you take rejection personally? Does the demanding gallery director or boss; the pushy client; the know it all cast member or critic or the passively aggressive co-worker cause you stress or discomfort?  Chances are you will have to deal with some of the above personality types.   Learn how to identify the various personality types and act rather than react to different people differently.   This class will provide you with the skills needed to communicate with them all effectively and gain more success and less stress at work and in life
